Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Alliance PLG Inc. Returns and Exchanges Policy 

At Alliance PLG, customer satisfaction is a top priority. As we thrive to offer the best possible service for our customers, we have clear and simple returns and exchanges procedure and conditions outlined below.  

Our returns and exchanges policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery date of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

Procedure: 

  • Locate your original order confirmation email in your inbox (or junk folder), and reply briefly describing the situation and providing exact information on the product received as well as your vehicle description (make-model-year).
  • Alternatively, you can contact us directly through our website or by sending an email to notify@allianceplg.com with this information and a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase. 
  • We will then communicate with you via email within 48 hours Monday through Friday to support your request.
  • Depending on the context, we may ask you to provide additional information such as your vehicle’s make-model-year or VIN ; size of your current blades ; pictures of your vehicle’s wiper arms end ; pictures of your current wiper blades ; pictures of the product purchased from us or other relevant information that will allow us to help you. 
  • After an ‘as-quick-as-possible’ investigation, we will communicate to you the approval or rejection decision of your request as well as the next steps.
  • Note: An email or verbal authorization must be given by our Alliance PLG customer service before you send items back to us, at the mailing address that we will provide to you. Please do not send any purchase back to product manufacturer directly and please do not return your order without our authorization (RMA) or your refund or exchange request could be refused. 
     
  • If your request is approved for a refund, refund will be processed by our customer service within 7 business days following reception of your properly returned item at our offices: a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  
  • Note: Depending on your credit card company or your bank, there may be a processing time before your refund is officially posted even once we have processed it. Please check with your banking service provider before contacting us in a situation of late or missing refund. We will be happy to help you afterward.  

Note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please refer to ourShipping Policy for more details. 

Conditions : 

Within the 30 days of this policy application period, returns can be accepted under the following conditions:  

  • Item returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All original packaging/accessories must be included and intact. Regrettably, products and packages that have been damaged, neglected, misused or abused are not returnable.  
  • Return package must be properly boxed and packed to avoid shipping damage. Regrettably, product returns where packaging is severely damaged or missing parts and/or retail packaging, can incur a partial or complete deduction on the refund amount.  

Within the 30 days of this policy application period, Return & Replace (exchange request) or Return & Refund can be granted at our own return shipping costs under the following conditions: 

  • If your purchase was delivered defective or damaged for reasons due to our or one of our service providers’ error:  
    • Eligible for exchange or refund, at the choice of the customer.
    • Note: If the purchased product is damaged or stolen after delivery (e.g. damages caused by improper installation of the product), the customer is responsible for any replacement and shipping costs. 
  • If the product(s) you purchased does not fit your vehicle while it was explicitly recommended on our website for this exact vehicle description (make-model-year-trim): 
    • Eligible for exchange (if a replacement product of same or higher price is available on our website for this specific vehicle), or refund (only if replacement product of same or higher price is not available). If a lower priced product is proposed and accepted by the customer as a replacement, refund will be partial to cover the difference in sale prices based on our website.  
    • Note: In this situation, we will first ask for your collaboration to confirm the product does not fit before approving a return or exchange request. We could ask you to follow specific installation demonstration videos, providing pictures, etc. 

Within the 30 days of this policy application period, Return & Replace (exchange request) or Return & Refund can be granted at the customer’s own costs of return handling and shipping under the following conditions:  

  • If you ordered wipers for a vehicle that is not listed on our website or if you ordered wipers for a listed vehicle but for which these wipers are not specifically recommended on our website:  
    • Eligible for refund only, and customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the initial item.
  • For wiper blades products, we only guarantee the right fit if you order a product listed (recommended) for that specific vehicle on our website.  
  • Note: If the customer would prefer a different product based on our recommendation in the process, a new separate order will have to be made on our website directly independently from the initial order.  

 

Other unusual situations can be investigated and managed on a case-by-case basis after you have taken contact with us to info@allianceplg.com.
