If you are not entirely satisfied with your new product, send it back within 30 days for a full a refund or exchange, certain terms and conditions can apply. The product must remain unused and inside it’s original packaging. The first step is to contact us to make arrangements for the preferred return method.
Please note that we cannot take responsibility for mistakes made by the customer during purchases. The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. You must also ensure that the product is compatible with your vehicle. In the case of a mistake, we can offer to exchange the product for a fee equal to the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for any physical damage caused by the improper installation of the product.
